(1) In order to work in a coordinated manner in relation to health workers, workers working in health institutions and health institutions, the following health workers and health institutions safety coordination committee will be formed:-
(a) One employee of the twelfth level of the Ministry appointed by the Secretary of the Ministry - Chairman
(b) The Secretary of the Ministry appoints one Head of the concerned Division of the Ministry - Vice-Chairman
(c) Representative (at least Gazetted Grade II), Ministry of Home Affairs - Member
(d) Chairman or his designated representative, Nepal Medical Council - Member
(e) Chairman or his designated representative, Nepal Nursing Council - Member
(f) President or his designated representative, Nepal Medical Association - Member
(g) President or his designated representative, Nepal Health Professionals Association - Member
(h) President or his designated representative, Nepal Ayurveda Practitioners Association - Member
(j) President or his designated representative, Nepal Nursing Association - Member
(h) Chairman or his designated representative, Association of Private Health Institutes of Nepal - Member
(k) Member-Secretary- Member-Secretary of the Gazetted Grade II of the Ministry appointed by the Secretary of the Ministry

(3) The Secretariat of the Committee shall be in the Ministry.
(4) The Ministry will provide the necessary personnel for the Secretariat of the Committee.
(5) The procedure for the meeting of the committee shall be as prescribed.
